EXHIBIT SPACE RESERVATIONS
Q. When can I purchase exhibit space for the shows? A. Exhibit space can be purchased based on the following schedule:
Builders Home & Garden Show (February/March): Exhibit space sales start the first week of August each year. We only book 20x20 or larger blocks of space the first week of sales. After the first week, any size booth can be reserved.
Builders St. Charles Home Show (April): Exhibit space sales start the first week of September for any size space.
Home & Remodeling Show (October): This floor plan is available at the Builders Home & Garden Show between 12-2pm daily to reserve exhibit space. Exhibit sales information will be sent the first week of April (unless the St. Charles Home Show dates cause a conflict).
Q. How do I reserve exhibit space?
A. Once we start selling each show, we recommend calling us at your earliest opportunity to check available exhibit space so that we can place a booth on hold for you. You can then complete the paperwork and send in your 50% deposit after speaking with us. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and past exhibitors receive information prior to prospective exhibitors.
