Q. Where is the best place to park at the show?
A. 3,500 parking spaces are available at Laclede's Landing and the Arch garage. Show visitors can park in these lots for $3-$4 and catch a FREE shuttle to and from America's Center. The shuttle, sponsored by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, will run in five to ten-minute intervals throughout the show. Park and walk lots are also available surrounding America's Center, but may not always be available. The Metro Link offers another convenient option for transportation to the show with its station a short distance from America's Center.

Q. Is there handicapped parking available?
A. There is not handicapped parking immediately around the building, but the building is handicapped accessible.

Q. Are the shuttles handicapped accessible?
A. The shuttles are not handicapped accessible. It is suggested that handicapped individuals be dropped off at the Washington Street entrance to America's Center. If further help is needed for visiting the show feel free to contact Gary Zide at (314) 994-7700 x114 at least one week prior to the opening of the show.

Q. Where do I get shuttle parking validated?
A. Bring your ticket with you and have it validated at the shuttle bus drop off entrance of the show.

Q. Are wheel chairs or strollers available at the show?
A. Wheel chairs and strollers are not provided by the America's Center, so it is recommended that if either is needed you bring them yourself. The best entrance to use for ease of accessibility is the Washington Street entrance. The 9th street entrance also has a ramp.

Q. Are there phones that I can use during the show?
A. Yes. There is a complimentary phone in the exhibitor lounge for local calls.

Q. How do I order services such as electricity or water?
A. The order forms are included in the exhibitor manual that is emailed to you 60 days prior to the show or are available to view online. These forms need to be sent to the address/fax number on the top of each individual form. They do not go to the HBA. It is to your benefit to order services early to receive them at a reduced rate.

Q. Do tables, chairs and carpet come with my exhibit space?
A. No. The exhibit space does not include these items but does include standard pipe and drape. Floor covering, however, is required and must be supplied by the exhibitor. These items may be rented through the show decorator (forms are in the exhibitor manual that is mailed to you 60 days prior to the show), or you may bring them yourself.

Q. How do I purchase additional exhibitor passes or VIP tickets?
A. Contact Joyce Hargrove at the HBA at (314) 994-7700 x126.

Q. Where do I stay?
A. There are two hotels located directly next to America's Center: the St. Louis Renaissance Suites Hotel (888) 225-6459 or the Holiday Inn Select (800) 289-8338. Reduced rates are available for Home Show exhibitors. More information is available in the exhibitor manual.

Q. Where can I park an RV?
A. If you have an RV and need a place to stay, St. Louis RV Park has full-service, showers, dumping station, and 24-hour security. The park is located at 900 N. Jefferson. For more information call (314) 241-3330.
