The undersigned hereby makes application for space in the 2008 Builders Home & Remodeling Show. Payment (in U.S. Funds) for 50% of booth cost must accompany application contract form.

Exhibitor pass admits ONE employee for all show days. Exhibitors are provided a maximum of six passes for a 10' x 10' booth and two passes for each additional 10' x 10' booth. For example, 10' x 20' = eight passes.

Full payment for additional passes will be included in the grand total below. You must include full payment for passes if mailing payment in.

  Check here if you want to pick-up your passes from the Home Show Office at America’s Center when you arrive at the show. Otherwise, passes will be mailed August 15, 2008 if full payment is received.

  By checking this box and submitting this contract, you agree to the following:
  1. I have read, understand and will abide by all of the provisions of the Rules, Regulations and Instructions all of which shall be part of this contract.
  2. Full payment is due August 15, 2008. If full payment is not received before this date, space shall be forfeited and no exhibit may set-up. No refunds will be made for booth(s) cancelled after August 1, 2008. Prior to the refund deadline a 25% of booth cost cancellation fee will apply.
  3. Payment of at least 50% of booth cost MUST accompany this application (unless invoice option is selected below)& the balance must be paid by August 15, 2008.
Checks payable to the Home Builders Association or HBA. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
