Exhibitor FAQs

Q. When can I purchase exhibit space for the shows?

A. Exhibit space can be purchased based on the following schedule:

St. Louis Builders Home & Garden Show (Feb./Mar.): Exhibit space sales typically begin the first week of June.
Builders St. Charles Home Show (April): Exhibit space sales start the first week of September for any size space.
Home & Remodeling Show (September): This floor plan is available at the Builders Home & Garden Show between 12 and 2 p.m. daily in the Home Show office to reserve exhibit space. Exhibit sales information will be sent the first week of March (unless the Builders Home & Garden Show dates cause a conflict).

Q. How do I reserve exhibit space?

A. Once we start selling each show, we recommend calling us at your earliest opportunity to check available exhibit space so that we can place a booth on hold for you. You can then complete the paperwork and send in your 50 percent deposit after speaking with us. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and past exhibitors receive information prior to prospective exhibitors. Payment must accompany booth application for exhibitors who reserve space after our final payment deadline.

Q. How do I purchase additional exhibitor passes or VIP tickets?

A. Additional passes and tickets can be ordered through the Exhibitor Portal.

Q. Where do I get my exhibitor passes?

A. Exhibitor passes are available for pick-up at the HBA office (10104 Old Olive Street Rd., St. Louis ,MO 63141) from February 1-24 between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily. Otherwise, passes will be available for pick-up onsite in the Home Show Office, Room 116 during set-up and Show days. You are welcome to leave your passes in the will-call in the Home Show Office, if you'd like. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to distribute the exhibitor passes to your workers. If an exhibitor pass is lost or forgotten you will be required to purchase a one-day exhibitor pass from the Home Show Office. If you need to purchase additional passes, contact Tammy Ridgley at (314) 817-5624.
