  • Exhibitor pass admits ONE employee for all show days. Exhibitors are provided a maximum of six passes for a 10'x10' booth and two passes for each additional 10'x10' booth. For example, 10'x20' = eight passes.

    Full payment for additional passes will be included in the grand total below. You must include full payment for passes if mailing payment in.

    Exhibitor passes will be available for pick-up at the HBA office from February 1-28 between 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily. Otherwise passes will be available for pick-up in the Home Show Office, Room 115 at America's Center during set-up and show days.
    • I have read, understand and will abide by all of the provisions of the Rules, Regulations and Instructions, all of which shall be part of this contract.
    • Payment of 50 percent of booth cost MUST be received within 15 days or reserving booth space. If deposit is not received within 15 days, your booth space will be cancelled. Should you rebook space, a deposit will be required up front via credit card to secure your new booth location.
    • Full payment is due January 5, 2018. If full payment is not received before this date, space shall be forfeited, and no exhibit may be set-up. No refunds or credits will be made for booth(s) cancelled after December 1, 2017. Prior to the refund deadline, a cancellation fee of 25 percent of your total booth cost will apply. Utility payments are non-refundable.

    Make checks payable to the Home Builders Association or HBA. Returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee.
