An email notification is sent to present exhibitors informing them that the Show Exhibitor Portals are open for reserving exhibit space.

 

If you are not currently an exhibitor please fill out information in the Exhibitor Portal for the show you are interested in and we will be happy to send you the information.

An exhibit space application is required to reserve a booth. A 50% deposit is due 15 days from submitting your exhibit space application. Exhibitors paying by credit card can choose alternate payment plans made available in the Exhibitor Portal. Final payment is not due until the first Friday in January.

Show hours are Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and on Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.

Exhibitor passes are the ONLY tickets that allow entry into the show prior to Show opening to the public at 10 am. With an exhibitor pass, exhibitors may gain entry onto the Show floor beginning at 8 am each Show day. Exhibitor Passes will not be mailed. They are available for pick up during move-in on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Home Show Office, Room 116, at America’s Center. Contact Tammy Ridgley if you need to pick them up prior to move-in.

 

Each exhibitor receives 6 exhibitor passes per 10' x 10' booth and 2 passes for each additional 10’ x 10’ booth. For example, 10’ x 20’ = 8 passes.. Exhibitor pass admits 1 employee for all show days. 

 

If you lose/forget your pass, you must buy a one day exhibitor pass for $3 or a full show pass for $8.

Negotiated weekend rates are available to exhibitors in a particular parking garage. Click here to pre-purchase daily Home Show parking, along with the discounted parking offered on Saturday and Sunday.

America's Center provides an array of food options at concession stands and kiosks located throughout the Show.

Exhibit Space Set Up

Set up takes place the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday prior to Show opening (Friday) between 8 am and 5 pm. Tuesday is reserved for large booths that require extensive set up on a scheduled basis. All vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the building immediately. All exhibits must be set up prior to 5 pm on the Thursday prior to Show opening.

 

Exhibit Space Tear Down

Move out begins at 5:30 pm on the Sunday of Show close. Tear down continues the next day beginning at 8 am. All exhibits must be removed before 3 pm on that Monday. Note: As space and time permits, exhibitors are allowed to drive on the Show floor to load up for move out.

 

Breaking down early or moving out booths before the close of the Show on Sunday is strictly prohibited. There will be a $400 fine for anyone that starts breaking down early. Exhibitors who do so will not be allowed to exhibit in future HBA shows.

Utilities such as electric, WiFi, water, etc. can be ordered through the Exhibitor Portal. Forms are also included in the Exhibitor Manual that is available online 45 days prior to the show. The utility order forms are to be sent to the HBA at the address/email/fax listed at the top of each individual form. It is to your benefit to order services early to receive them at a reduced rate.

Floor covering is required in all exhibitors' booths. Exhibitors may rent carpet (tables, chairs, etc.) through the Show Decorator, Heritage Exposition Services, or they may bring their own. Please see Exhibitor Manual for order forms.
